Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, schedule, and assign daily work for Water Department staff.
• Direct field crews and coordinate repairs and maintenance operations.
• Review payroll, vacation, and sick leave forms for Water personnel.
• Assist in annual budget preparation and provide cost estimates for projects.
• Provide public relations and respond to residents' questions and complaints.
• Inspect and ensure water quality, backflow program, and regulatory compliance.
