Direct the daily operation of the Water and Wastewater Division, providing technical assistance and training.
Set objectives and develop work standards and policies for the Division.
Coordinate with other divisions and state/federal agencies on water and wastewater issues.
Advise the Commission on emerging water and wastewater issues as requested.
Review funding comments and applications for WV PSC funding and supervise training seminars.
Teach at Commission training seminars and water/wastewater conferences.
Oversee the Division's financial affairs, including budget and expenses; approve staff leave and travel.
