Qualifications

• Knowledge of water and wastewater utility administration and operations; strong management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and evaluates activities within storm water management, utility maintenance or engineering divisions.
• Oversees personnel activities including training, performance evaluations, discipline and staffing decisions.
• Develops goals, policies and operations for cost-effective compliance with regulations.
