Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes emergency, non-emergency, and administrative calls from citizens and Aurora Water divisions.
• Performs after-hours emergency dispatch and maintains field personnel status.
• Monitors SCADA, multi-line phone system, and radio channels.
• Coordinates with field personnel in emergency situations.
• Prepares required reports and daily logs.
