Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of progressive experience in utility maintenance or construction.
• Colorado Class I Water Distribution and Class I Collection Certificates; valid Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse, skilled trades, and facilities maintenance operations.
• Plan, assign, monitor, and review work; provide coaching and guidance.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and training.
• Develop goals, procedures, and performance expectations for programs.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for water facilities and equipment.
• Oversee inventory, storage, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Maintain safety procedures and conduct training related to operations.
