HDR is a global professional services firm advancing water infrastructure. As the WBG Director, you will provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice across the Water Business Group.

Qualifications

Maintain a professional engineering registration with extensive related technical expertise.
Extensive experience in leadership and management of professional services, program management, and project delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead staff development and training in technical, professional, and service delivery competencies.
Drive technology adoption and digital delivery tools to improve quality and efficiency.
Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure delivery excellence across the group.
Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and technology leadership to advance delivery strategies.
