Job summary

HDR's Water Business Group seeks a Professional Services Director to provide executive leadership for technical quality, project delivery excellence, and professional practice. You will align practice groups, strengthen delivery capabilities, and advance standards and best practices across HDR’s global architecture marketplace.

Reporting to the WBG President, you will partner with operations, market sectors, and leaders to drive continuous improvement, risk management, and technology-enabled

Qualifications

• Fifteen years of experience in related fields.
• Maintain AEC industry associations.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the development and training of staff in technical and service delivery competencies.
• Develop approaches to new technologies and digital delivery methods.
• Lead the adoption of professional services technologies and QA/QC programs.
• Coordinate staff training on policies, risk management, and delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery effectiveness across the group.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and collaboration across groups.
