Job summary

BELFOR Fort Myers is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team handling residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, supervise PPE use, document moisture and losses, and coordinate field operations.

The role requires 12 months of Basic Level experience, participation in at least 25 water damage projects, and the ability to travel, work nights and weekends, while ensuring safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have IICRC WRT designation and knowledge of water damage standards.
• Experience supervising small crews on residential/commercial losses is required.
• Fluent English; strong customer service and safety culture are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in using appropriate PPE and safety procedures.
• Review project requirements, document progress and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Travel may be required; work nights and weekends as needed.
