BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team for residential and small commercial losses. You’ll apply IICRC practices, operate water extraction and moisture equipment, and document moisture extent and drying goals.

You’ll also develop basic technicians and manage multiple losses with temporary staff. You must have 12 months in basic water damage and involvement in at least 25 water damage projects.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IICRC S500 Water Damage standards and IICRC S520 Mold Remediation standard.
• Hold WRT designation or equivalent; knowledge of BELFOR Water Damage practices.
• Ability to read sketches, floor plans, and moisture-related logs.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10) on losses.
• Strong customer service mindset and sense of urgency.
• English language proficiency and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Direct teams in using PPE and following safety guidelines.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and inform managers of issues.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Inspect vehicles daily and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Create moisture maps and track drying goals.
• Supervise small crews and coordinate tasks across residential, small commercial sites.
• Travel as needed and work nights/weekends per project demands.
• Attend BELFOR operations and required security training.
