Job summary

Belfor Environmental is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead a water damage team for residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards, operate extraction and drying equipment, and document moisture investigations.

The role may involve supervising up to 10 personnel, travel, and night/weekend work to meet deadlines. Prior BELFOR experience and 25+ water loss projects are preferred, with strong customer service and safety reporting essential for success in

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard and S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Current IICRC WRT designation is required.
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10) on losses.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage teams on residential and small commercial losses.
• Review project requirements, document progress, and notify managers of issues.
• Provide field documentation, photographs, charts, and moisture data.
• Ensure safety and use of PPE and equipment as directed.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
