Qualifications

• 12+ months experience in Water Damage Basic tasks in BELFOR or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and moisture mapping basics.
• Ability to supervise small crews (up to 10 people) and manage time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in using PPE and supervise daily project progress.
• Collect field documentation, photos, and sketches for project files.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and maintain equipment in good condition.
• Meet deadlines and attend required BELFOR safety trainings.
