Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the residential and small commercial water losses. You will apply IICRC standards, operate water extraction and moisture detection tools, and mentor junior technicians while managing multiple losses.

The role requires at least 12 months in basic water damage and involvement in 25+ projects, with the ability to coordinate crews, document progress, and travel as needed. Competitive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• 12 months of basic water damage experience in BELFOR or equivalent
• Participation in at least 25 water damage projects
• Knowledge of BELFOR Water Damage practices and IICRC standards

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions from Supervisor
• Direct teams in PPE usage
• Review project requirements and document progress
• Provide field documentation and sketches for projects
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections
• Comply with BELFOR standards to protect property
• Demonstrate customer service and teamwork
• Travel/night/weekend work as required
