BELFOR is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead a residential and small commercial water damage team. You will apply IICRC S500/S520 standards, operate extraction and drying equipment, and document moisture and progress on multiple losses.

The role requires 12 months in basic water damage and participation in at least 25 projects. Travel, night shifts, and weekends may be required; strong customer service and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months of experience in Basic Level Water Damage within BELFOR or equivalent.
• Participation in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple losses.
• English language literacy and fluency.

Responsabilités

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct the team in PPE use.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress for managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Inspect vehicle safety and maintenance; ensure equipment is ready for use.
• Comply with BELFOR standards to safeguard client property.
• Utilize customer service principles in all interactions.
• Travel, night shifts, and weekend work as needed.
• Accurately record time worked and equipment used.
