Job summary

BELFOR USA Group, Inc is seeking an Intermediate Restoration Technician to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC standards and manage equipment used for extraction, drying, and moisture detection, while documenting progress in job files.

The role requires 12 months of basic water damage experience and participation in 25+ projects, with potential travel and night/weekend work. Strong safety and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IICRC Water Damage Standard (S500).
• Knowledge of IICRC Mold Remediation Standard (S520).
• Must hold IICRC WRT designation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the water damage team and supervise field crews.
• Review project requirements and document progress with photos and charts.
• Maintain safety, PPE compliance, and vehicle readiness on site.
• Create moisture maps and report moisture distribution for each project.
• Communicate time worked and materials used; ensure adherence to BELFOR standards.
• Travel and night/weekend shifts may be required.
• Attend necessary BELFOR operations and training sessions.
