Job summary

BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist in Fresno, CA to lead a residential and small commercial water damage team. You will apply IICRC water and mold standards, manage equipment use and safety, and coordinate projects with attention to schedule and cost control.

Qualified candidates have 12 months of Basic Water Damage experience and 25+ project records, with strong customer service and English proficiency. Occasional travel and night/weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in Basic Water Damage level with BELFOR or equivalent.
• Direct participation in at least 25 water damage projects.
• Knowledge of IICRC standard practices for water and mold damage.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate small crews and manage time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise water damage teams using correct PPE.
• Document progress with field notes, photos, sketches, and charts.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring safety.
• Travel and night/weekend work as required, with timely time-logging.
