Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at the intermediate level in Fresno, CA. You will head a water damage team handling residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC S500/S520 standards, and operating water extraction and moisture-detection equipment.

You will document moisture, supervise crews up to 10, travel nights and weekends, review project requirements, and maintain safety. Requires 12 months of prior water damage experience and participation in at least 25 projects.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 months of water damage experience with BELFOR or equivalent.
• Knowledge of IICRC S500 and S520 standards is required.
• Must have or be able to obtain IICRC WRT certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead water damage teams and manage multiple losses.
• Document moisture, create maps, and prepare field sketches.
• Ensure safety protocols and PPE are followed.
• Travel and occasional night/weekend work as needed.
