BELFOR Environmental in Colorado Springs seeks an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC standards and operating extraction and drying equipment. This role also documents moisture and trains junior technicians. Occasional night/weekend travel may be required; benefits include 401(k) and paid time off. Hourly rate $22–$26.

Formación

• Must demonstrate familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage standards and practices.
• Experience supervising teams in residential/commercial water losses.
• Ability to draw moisture maps and document drying goals.
• Knowledge of equipment like extraction pumps and drying chambers.

Responsabilidades

• Receive instructions from Supervisor and direct crews.
• Use the correct PPE and document project progress.
• Provide field documentation including photos, charts and sketches.
