Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in the Northwest is seeking a Water/Wastewater Conveyance Project Manager to lead the delivery of conveyance and storage projects for municipal, private, state, Tribal, irrigation district, and federal clients.

In this seller-doer role, you’ll manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations while mentoring project staff, developing practical technical solutions, and expanding Jacobs' water business in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Agricultural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Washington registration within one year of hire.
• 10+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership.
• Experience in Design Management, Assistant Project Management, or Project Management oversight.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager/Design Manager for multiple water and wastewater projects.
• Lead planning and design of conveyance systems (pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities).
• Develop and manage scope, schedule, budget, staffing, QA/QC, and contractual commitments.
• Manage project financials: revenue, profitability, forecasting, risks, scope changes; implement corrective actions.
