Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph; must be US citizen
• 5+ years in Systems Engineering for large programs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Security+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Monitor Linux systems, applications, and production environments for availability and performance
• Identify anomalies using dashboards, logs, and metrics
• Coordinate troubleshooting and escalate to Tier 2/3 as needed
• Create and maintain incident tickets and operational documentation
• Develop and update SOPs for Watch Desk personnel and customers
• Provide clear status updates to engineers, management, customers, and stakeholders
• Support shift turnover and 24x7 mission coverage
