Onyx Point, LLC. is seeking a Systems Engineer with TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph clearance for critical 24x7 operations in the United States.

You will troubleshoot Linux, hardware, software, networking, and data flows, and maintain SOPs and incident prioritization while documenting clearly. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Rancher, Elasticsearch, Redis, NiFi, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, virtualization, and monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus) is required.

Formación

• Develop system engineering documentation sections (SEPs, ICDs).
• Manage requirements to align with defined architectures (SOA, etc.).
• Develop and allocate requirements to hardware/software/facility/personnel.
• Coordinate action items from CCB, design reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams for new capabilities.
• Contribute to SE documentation (SEPs, ICDs, Requirements).
• Interface definition and life-cycle configuration changes.
• Allocate real-time budgets and error budgets to components.
• Derive stakeholder needs from system requirements.
• Derive low-level requirements from high-level allocations.
• Generate alternative system concepts and architectures.
• Gain approval of system/component definitions and interfaces.
• Define verification criteria and plans for systems.
• Develop system design to satisfy requirements and functionality.
• Develop IA services requirements and security mechanisms.
• Review WBS and IMP for program work packages.
• Provide technical direction for development and testing.
• Implement comprehensive SOA solutions.
• Develop operational concepts and system views for architectures.
• Conduct end-to-end trade analyses for lifecycle optimization.
• Improve standard integration strategies and interfaces.
• Document interfaces, data characteristics, and data flows.
• Use models, simulations, and prototyping to reduce risk.
• Develop risk actions and monitor through EVMS data.
• Stay current with agency and international standards.
• Ensure effective configuration control throughout lifecycle.
• Serve on the CCB and participate in AoA efforts.
• Develop system design alternatives for lifecycle costs.
