• Professional registration for the core service being overseen (architecture/engineering).
• Proven ability to develop and manage diverse teams.
• Collaborates with other business class directors and marketing managers.

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, operations and teams.
• Lead technical risk management through reviews and advisory services.
• Drive quality assurance and control processes; coordinate with Quality Manager.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques.
• Assign qualified staff to projects and optimize worksharing.
• Develop strategic plans for the business class with leadership input.
• Lead research and engagement to advance WTEM capabilities and standards.
• Foster relationships with key universities for workforce development and research.
