Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Maintenance/Plant Operator to support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the wastewater infrastructure, including an SBR treatment facility, collection system and lift stations in Minnesota. You'll perform routine tasks, collect water quality samples, log data, learn CMMS usage, and follow safety policies.

Work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed; a valid driver's license is required and MN Grade 2 Wastewater license must be obtained within 24

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• <2 years experience in water/wastewater preferred or related field.
• Strong reading, math, writing and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains wastewater facilities and systems per regulations.
• Performs routine cleaning and housekeeping duties.
• Reads and executes written work orders; records data from meters and gauges.
• Learn and use CMMS to schedule and complete work orders.
• Work weekends, holidays, and be on-call as needed.
