Job summary

HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to lead technical capabilities for wastewater and effluent management. You will coordinate with multiple market sectors, manage staff, and drive risk and quality in large, multi-discipline projects.

You will build relationships with universities and industry groups, mentor technical leaders, and oversee planning, design, and project start-up activities across HDR’s national scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Experience in a Business Class or Professional Services leadership role.
• Must maintain professional registration and related technical experience forLeadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Lead and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Manage technical risk through reviews and advisory services on projects.
