HDR is seeking a WTEM Business Class Director to guide HDR's wastewater treatment and effluent management initiatives. You will lead technical capabilities, manage risk, mentor leaders, and coordinate across regions and operations to deliver high-quality projects.

Travel up to 50% is common, with a location-flexible footing across the U.S. The role requires a strong leadership background, 10+ years in the field, and active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Registered professional engineer or architect for leadership roles with core design oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Lead and participate in technical risk management and claims prevention activities.
• Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards and techniques.
• Monitor staffing, workload, and strategic hires within the business group.
