Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Wastewater Collection System Maintenance Operator to perform daily maintenance, service pump stations, and monitor operational conditions in an active collections environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and typically two years in related work, with experience in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. On-site work with occasional training travel is expected.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED required and ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• At least two years in a related position preferred in a similar environment.
• Experience with material handling equipment, gauges, and precision instruments.
• Experience safely using trade tools to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot or install equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operates machinery and equipment for wastewater collection system per procedures.
• Performs CLAIR on tools and equipment and documents results in database.
• Diagnoses basic operational problems and takes corrective action.
• Rehabilitates, repairs and replaces sewer system infrastructure when needed.
• Manages manual labor tasks and operates vehicles and equipment.
• May assist in other areas of the facility as directed.
