Job summary

Veolia is seeking an on-site wastewater collection system operator in Rialto, CA to maintain the collection network and service pump stations. You will perform manual maintenance, instrumentation monitoring, and basic troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to read and follow safety procedures. CDL may be preferred; company training is provided and a 24-hour on-call rotation could apply.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Two years of related experience preferred in a similar environment.
• Experience with measurement tools, gauges, and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment for wastewater collection systems.
• Perform routine CLAIR on tools and equipment and document results.
• Inspect field equipment and troubleshoot basic issues to restore operation.
• Perform manual labor and operate vehicles and material handling equipment.
