Daniels Health is seeking a Loader/Unloader for our Ellenwood, GA facility. You will handle lifting and unloading duties, operate a forklift, and manage paperwork with careful accuracy. The role requires standing long hours and teamwork in a safety-focused environment.

We offer full-time, direct-hire employment with a set hourly rate and comprehensive benefits. Candidates must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check, and be comfortable working in PPE.

What will your job involve?

• Lifting 55lbs bins and push a four-wheeled cart that weighs as much as 200lbs
• Weigh incoming sharps and medical waste containers
• Load/operate our autoclave machine (a pressure chamber to melt materials)
• Load the Washsmart system (container washing + sanitization system)
• Provide attention to detail with the paperwork required to process containers
• Standing for extended periods of time happily and comfortably
• Working well with a team!

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a warehouse labor-intensive job (repetitive lifitng of 50lbs to 75lb containers!!)
• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE
• Proven longevity with employers
• Can-do attitude!!
