Responsibilities

• Waste Technology Strategy and Governance: develop strategies and best practices for refinery waste management.
• Site Performance Monitoring: audits, scorecards, KPI reporting and updates to management.
• Technical Support and Optimization: identify waste projects to improve compliance and reliability.
• Regulatory Compliance and Legal Support: develop compliance strategies and regulatory interpretations.
• Site Engagement and Training: mentor site professionals and coordinate monthly meetings.
• Vendor and Technology Partner Management: manage relationships with vendors and licensors.
• Business Development and Innovation Support: identify opportunities via industry engagement and reviews.
