• Detailed knowledge of current environmental rules and regulations and ability to communicate impact plans to leadership.
• Ability to review engineering designs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of environmental rules and regulations and how to prevent recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of waste technology strategies and governance.
• Monitor site performance and provide KPI updates to senior management.
• Identify and advance waste management projects to improve compliance and reliability.
• Develop regulatory compliance strategies and assist Legal with interpretations.
• Mentor site environmental professionals and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Manage relationships with vendors, consultants, licensors, equipment providers and suppliers.
• Support business development opportunities and identify innovation through industry engagement.
