Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 15 years of relevant environmental experience in process industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a HESS related field, Engineering or advanced degree with 7 years of environmental experience.
• Detailed knowledge of current environmental rules with ability to communicate impact plans to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of waste technology strategies and governance.
• Monitor site performance, develop KPI scorecards, and report to management on waste-related performance.
• Identify and advance waste management projects to improve compliance and operating performance.
• Develop compliance strategies for environmental regulations and permitting activities.
• Mentor site environmental professionals and oversee knowledge sharing meetings.
• Manage relationships with vendors and technology licensors; review technical work.
