Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 15 years of relevant environmental experience in process industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in a HESS related field with 7+ years of relevant environmental experience.
• Knowledge of current and proposed environmental rules and their budget impact.

Responsibilities

• Waste Technology Strategy and Governance: lead development of waste tech strategies and governance.
• Site Performance Monitoring: participate in audits, develop scorecards, report KPI updates.
• Technical Support and Optimization: identify waste management projects to improve compliance and performance.
• Regulatory Compliance: develop strategies for complex permitting and regulatory interpretations.
• Site Engagement and Training: mentor site professionals and lead knowledge sharing forums.
• Vendor and Partner Management: manage relationships with vendors and licensors; review work products.
• Business Development and Innovation: identify opportunities through industry engagement and supplier collaboration.
