Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant environmental experience in process industry (e.g., refining).
• Knowledge of current environmental rules and regulations and ability to communicate impact plans.
• Ability to review designs to ensure environmental compliance; awareness of regulatory limits.

Responsibilities

• Waste Technology Strategy and Governance: lead waste tech strategies and goals.
• Site Performance Monitoring: audits, scorecards, KPI reporting to senior management.
• Technical Support: identify and advance waste management projects improving compliance and reliability.
• Regulatory Compliance: develop strategies for regulatory interpretations and permitting.
• Site Engagement: mentor environmental staff and oversee meetings/training.
• Vendor/Technology Partner management: manage relationships and evaluate disposal tech.
