Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate new business through targeted outbound prospecting within assigned geographic markets. You will build a pipeline by identifying opportunities, qualifying accounts, and coordinating with Outside Sales for larger or specialized opportunities, including roll-off and equipment services.

• 1-2 years outbound calling/inside sales or business development experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; higher degrees preferred.
• Able to travel between offices and legally work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting by zip code, city, county, or other areas to generate new business.
• Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within service and volume guidelines.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales for handoffs and referrals on larger opportunities.
• Document customer contacts, opportunities, and referrals in the CRM.
• Evaluate pricing and service configurations to ensure revenue and margins.
