Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to prospect new business and qualify opportunities in targeted Ohio regions. You will develop relationships, generate qualified referrals for Outside Sales, and maintain CRM records for pipeline growth.

The role emphasizes professional phone communication, pricing understanding, and independent daily prospecting to build a robust sales funnel with potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound calling or inside sales experience preferred.
• Experience in generating new business and prospecting activities.
• Ability to qualify opportunities and coordinate with Outside Sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting by geographic areas to generate new business.
• Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within guidelines.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales for referrals and handoffs.
• Document contacts, opportunities, appointments, and sales in CRM.
• Support route densification and pipeline growth through consistent activity.
• Evaluate pricing and service configurations to ensure revenue targets.
• Travel between offices as required and meet pre-employment requirements.
