You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure effective service execution, accurate forecasting, and strong CRM discipline while managing a portfolio across municipalities,

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive profitable growth, expand markets, and retain customers.
• Strong leadership to coach and develop Territory Executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial sales organization to drive growth and retention.
• Coach and develop Territory Executives and maintain strategic customer relationships.

• Own territory performance including new business, pricing, and sales execution.
