Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to plan, coach, and direct the branch sales team in Oklahoma City. The role partners with the Facility/General Manager to drive branch objectives in line with corporate goals.

You will manage customer relations, present products to major accounts, and develop pricing strategies while maintaining deep product knowledge across lines of business. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret business materials.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and team coaching.
• Prior knowledge of all product lines and equipment desired.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, coach and direct branch sales team activities.
• Develop and implement sales/retention strategies to grow customer base.
• Prepare market plans, pricing models and proposals for major accounts.
• Train and monitor performance of Sales Representatives.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train sales personnel.
