Job summary

Republic Services in Texas is hiring an Operator – Heavy Equipment to safely operate at a recycling center, landfill or transfer station, transferring, spreading, loading and compacting waste or soil as needed. You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections, operate equipment such as forklift, excavator, bulldozer, front-end loader, and report any repairs or safety concerns to supervision.

Maintain clean, serviced equipment and record conditions daily.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, serviced shop and equipment; complete required reports.
