GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead product line personnel and ensure safe, compliant transportation operations in Beaumont, TX. You will direct hiring, training, discipline, and daily paperwork while maintaining service standards and route efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in the waste industry or transportation industry and/or experience driving trucks preferred.
• At least one (1) year supervisory experience OR one (1) year as a GFL Environmental Lead Driver required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and discipline product line personnel.
• Addresses complaints and resolves problems as they arise.
• Ensure driver paperwork, truck reports, logs and vehicle inspections are completed daily.
• Monitor routing, customer satisfaction, and pickup/drop-offs of containers.
• Promote and conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure safety equipment usage.
