Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transportation, hauling and support operations with a focus on safety, service quality and regulatory compliance.

You will lead a high-performing team, develop budgets, monitor metrics, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with city and municipal agencies to strengthen client relationships and achieve service levels.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent with minimum 3 years in transportation, construction and/or waste services.
• Minimum five (5) years of diverse management experience.
• Solid project management and resource planning capabilities.
• Ability to lead, direct, and delegate; motivate and coach employees.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications to record, analyze, report and share information.
• Must possess basic math skills; fluent in English.
• Specialized understanding of DOT, OSHA regulations and requirements.
• Experience preparing and managing to budgets and resolving employee relations issues.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day operations of transportation, hauling and support operations with emphasis on safety and customer service.
• Formulates, manages and monitors operating metrics while diagnosing and improving processes.
• Participates in development of divisional budgets and follows best practices for cost control.
• Conducts root cause investigations for incidents; coordinates training and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Reviews Operations department, including staffing, performance evaluations and training.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements and maintains strong client relationships.
• Mentor field supervisors in safety processes and respond to critical incidents at any time.
