You will coordinate with clients and agencies, monitor safety programs, and drive compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include staffing planning, route efficiency, and reporting to leadership, with a focus on service levels and cost containment

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in transportation, construction or waste services.
• Minimum five years of diverse management experience.
• Strong project management and resource planning capabilities.
• Ability to lead, coach and discipline staff when needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of transportation and support operations.
• Formulates and monitors operating metrics while diagnosing processes.
• Participates in development of divisional budgets and cost control.
• Ensures root cause investigations for incidents and provides training.
• Reviews operations team performance, coaching and safety training.
• Interacts with municipal agencies and maintains client relationships.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety programs across the division.
