WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee collections activities across multiple lines of business in Hauling. You will supervise drivers and helpers, partner with the Operations Manager and General Manager to execute safety and efficiency initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and ethical standards.

• Remove unsafe conditions from drivers’ routes.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment safe and compliant.
• Oversee loss control and safety programs for a safe work environment.
• Engage employees to foster a safety‑first culture.
• Meet or exceed missed pickup goals and service targets.
• Resolve unusual service requests and schedule changes with stakeholders.
• Interact with customers to address issues and improve satisfaction.
• Represent the company to drive customer loyalty.
• Set productivity goals and manage labor hours and disposal costs.
• Lead drivers to exceed route productivity and optimize routes.
• Reduce route hours through service changes and upsizing containers.
• Execute operational plans to meet division budgets.
• Support service delivery while coordinating with maintenance and fleet quality.

• Coach staff to advance within the company.
