Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee transportation, hauling and support operations across one or more facilities. You will lead a high-performance team, manage budgets, monitor metrics and drive safety, quality and customer service while engaging with city and regulatory partners.

The role requires strong organizational, coaching and communication skills to ensure service levels, project execution and continuous improvement across operations and employees.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of diverse management experience.
• Solid project management and resource planning capabilities.
• Must possess basic math skills; fluent in English.
