Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the Hardeeville, SC operation, overseeing transportation, collection and disposal activities with a focus on safety, compliance and service quality.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline and the ability to drive performance, maintenance of budgets, and customer satisfaction while building a high-performing team across field and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of transportation, hauling and support operations with emphasis on safety and quality of service.
• Monitors and improves operating metrics, processes and customer service performance.
• Participates in budgeting and resource allocation.
• Ensures root-cause investigations for incidents and implements corrective actions.
• Participates in staff selection, coaching, performance reviews and training.
• Guides termination, compensation, bonus eligibility and promotions decisions.
• Sets short- and long-term goals with leadership to meet targets and reports on progress.
• Reviews monthly/bi-monthly P&L to manage costs and resource use.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with DOT, OSHA and local agencies.
• Collaborates with HR and Safety to develop training and ensure safety processes.
• Responds to critical incidents any time and optimizes staffing based on demand.
