Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Technical Services Representative to coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal, transportation, and service scheduling for its California location. You will liaise with clients, facilities, and internal teams, providing inside sales and administrative support while ensuring safety and accuracy in all documentation.

The role emphasizes data entry, ERP and waste LINQ usage, and timely communication to ensure accurate invoicing and branch reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with high data accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP tooling.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waste disposal, transportation, and field services with clients.
• Support inside sales, billing, and administrative tasks for location(s).
• Prepare quotes and manage service scheduling and communications.
• Enter and manage work orders in ERP and billing systems.
• Reconcile documents and ensure data integrity for billing.
