Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate waste shipments with customers and disposal outlets.
• Schedule waste shipments with operations team.
• Assist with project bid and proposal generation.
• Support project management with waste streams and reporting.
• Create waste manifests and bills of lading.
• Prepare and send customer invoices; monitor billing activity.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to resolve client issues and maintain compliance with EPA/MA DEP regulations.
