Job summary

GrayMar Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Waste Coordinator to oversee daily waste management activities at multiple branches. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, and the waste services team to ensure safe, compliant handling and routing of waste, including HHW and hazardous materials.

The role requires knowledge of generator status, regulatory and DOT compliance, and the ability to work with DOT and GHD/UPRR partners.

Qualifications

• Strong safety-first approach and compliance with regulations.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% including overnight stays.
• Experience handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste and waste manifests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day waste management activities for assigned branches.
• Coordinate with Operations and Sales for waste pickups and deliveries to TSDFs.
• Assist with waste profiling, pricing, and vendor invoicing review.
