Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to facilitate warranty requests by scheduling subcontractors and ensuring timely repairs. The role emphasizes proactive communication with homeowners and meticulous follow-through on work orders.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, 6–12 months of related experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Training on DRH Warranty apps is provided. Position may require overtime and office-based work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred or required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email is needed.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner warranty requests.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners and technicians.
• Assess repair items for warranty eligibility.
• Communicate warranty decisions to homeowners.
• Process work orders and follow supervisor instructions.
• Schedule subcontractors for warranty repairs.
• Ensure warranty work is completed within obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain professional conduct to support customers and the company.
• Possess flexibility to work overtime as required.
