Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to use DRH Warranty applications on mobile devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and confirm homeowner requests and schedule inspections.
• Coordinate subcontractors to perform warranty repairs.
• Ensure warranty work meets contractor obligations and timelines.
• Follow up with homeowners to close issues professionally.
