D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Knoxville to facilitate warranty requests and schedule subcontractors for repairs. You will resolve issues after closing and maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

The role requires a high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year of related experience; proficiency with MS Office and warranty apps is expected. Some overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive homeowner requests and confirm receipt.
• Schedule inspection appointments with homeowners or technicians.
• Evaluate repair issues to determine warrantability.
• Communicate findings to homeowners when not warrantable.
• Process work orders and verbal instructions for repairs.
• Schedule subcontractors to perform warranty repairs.
• Certify warranty work is completed within contractor obligations.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure concerns are addressed promptly.
• Develop rapport with subcontractors and homeowners while maintaining professionalism.
