Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking a Warranty/Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in newly constructed residential homes. This full-time role requires independent work and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, coordinating with homeowners and builders, ensuring code compliance, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Experience in warranty repairs, service work, or residential new construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and installation methods.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues independently.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service repairs on plumbing systems in residential homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, drainage problems, water pressure concerns, and fixture malfunctions.
• Inspect, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related components.
• Respond to warranty service requests promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, builders, supervisors, and office personnel regarding service needs and repair updates.
• Ensure all repairs meet applicable plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Complete assigned service calls efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs performed, and materials used.
• Identify recurring plumbing issues and report concerns to management.
• Maintain assigned company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Assist with punch list items and final plumbing corrections as needed.
